Co-Founder

  • Eduardo "Ed" Iniguez is a finance executive and operator with over two decades leading finance, M&A, capital raising, and transformation across technology, robotics, aerospace & defense, and healthcare.

    He has served as both CFO and CEO of venture- and private-equity-backed companies, from early-stage startups to businesses generating hundreds of millions in revenue.

    Ed was CFO of Silvus Technologies through its $5 billion acquisition by Motorola Solutions, and CEO/CFO of HyreCar, where he helped double revenue and swing EBITDA from roughly –$19.5M to +$7.5M ahead of its sale. As CEO/CFO of Getaround, he restructured the U.S. business, expanded into Europe, and raised $70M in debt financing.

    Most recently, as CFO of Robot.com, he built the finance organization and infrastructure for growth, acquisitions, and public-market readiness. He began his career at EY and holds an MBA in Finance from USC, a bachelor's in Business Administration and Accounting, and international finance training at IE Business School and the National University of Singapore.

  • Muhammad Khan is a finance leader with nearly 15 years of experience spanning budgeting, planning, accounting, cash flow, capital management, and strategic M&A across technology, defense, and energy. He pairs deep technical accounting discipline with a strategic view of how finance drives growth.

    Previously as Vice President of Finance at Silvus Technologies, a leading defense technology company, Muhammad helped steer the company's financial strategy and global operations through the period leading to its $5 billion acquisition by Motorola Solutions. Earlier, he held key financial roles at HyreCar, RxSight, and Clean Energy Fuels, and began his career at Deloitte and PwC, where he worked on multiple IPOs and audited billions of dollars in transactions for companies including Dell, Chevron, Shell, Ingram Micro, and Alteryx.

    Muhammad holds an MBA and a BSc (Honours) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom.

Head of Strategy

  • Shehroz Khan is a finance professional with a background in technology, media & telecom investment banking, where he worked on complex transactions across IPOs, private capital raises, and strategic and sponsor-led M&A. He brings a deal-maker's rigor to financial strategy — with hands-on expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and IPO readiness — paired with deep knowledge of the AI and emerging technologies reshaping financial services.

    At Wells Fargo, Shehroz worked on over $35B in transaction volume, including landmark technology IPOs such as Figma and ServiceTitan, a $6B telecom M&A transaction, and multiple private capital raises and M&A deals for high-growth technology and fintech companies. He now focuses on building and applying AI-forward tools that give businesses the kind of financial insight once reserved for large enterprises.

    Shehroz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from USC and studied International Finance at the London School of Economics. He holds FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 licenses.
